We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team in building scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of backend technologies, database management, and API development. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server-side logic and databases for web applications.
- Design and optimize APIs to ensure efficient data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
- Implement data security measures, including authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues to ensure smooth application functionality.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging backend technologies.
- Document code, APIs, and technical specifications for seamless project communication.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or Koa.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with database systems (MongoDB, MySQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integration purposes.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Fluent English.
