We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and pursue business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with client goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other key metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
